Cannot reproduce myself.
Can you run plasmashell from a terminal window with `plasmashell --replace`?
That will print a bunch of stuff to the terminal window. This is fine. Then,
click on "Configure Desktop and Wallpapers" again. At this point, please copy
and paste the *new* text just added to the terminal window. It should have some
error messages in it.
