SUMMARY
When Dolphin is displaying a folder, and an application writes a new file to
the folder, the file fails to show up.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open dolphin at a folder like ~/Pictures/snapshot
2. Open Spectacle, configure it to save new snapshot file to
~/Pictures/snapshot
3. Use shortcut key to capture active image by Spectacle
4. Look at dolphin, new file fails to show up in folder
5. Open a new dolphin instance, you will new saved image file
