KAlarm is designed to handle times in units of minutes, not seconds. It is not
designed to be accurate to within a second. So to avoid misleading users as to
its accuracy, I would not want to show any times which include seconds.
Since it appears from what you say that it does what you want except for
displaying seconds, I'm marking this request as closed.
