Screenshot with panels intact but changed wallpaper.

Apparently the problem persists. My panels remain (hooray!) but now the
background changes on its own. It survived a few reboots but since then it
always returns to the blue-ish wallpaper, even if I change it back to the
leaves.

Also, when I use my shortcut to restart plasma shell (see previous comment),
the monitors "swap" places. It looks as if the laptop is initially the primary,
until I restart plasma after which it remembers that I want the external
display to be the primary. The wallpapers swap over accordingly.

If you look at the screenshot you can see the smaller display (laptop) has the
blue wallpaper and it's filled up with the leaves. I don't know if that's an
artifact of the KDE screenshot tool or not.
