If from one moment to another, without changing Krita, Krita stops registering
pressure, then, since Krita didn't change, it's probably not a Krita bug. It
can be some kind of settings issue, or maybe you got a windows update that
broke something, or windows decided that Krita shouldn't get access to the
driver.
The frustrating thing is that this never happens on any of my windows test
devices, so I cannot figure out what can happen in windows or the wacom driver,
or the permissions system that causes this problem.
Some people with similar problems report that reinstalling the Wacom driver
fixes the issue. There are also reports that some virus scanners or other
"security" software causes similar problems.
