Empty "Add New Account" window
SUMMARY
Empty window on "Add New Account" with kio-gdrive version 20.08.3 (latest
selectable version in issue tracker is 20.07.80?)
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. (Directly after first install) open Dolphin > Network > Google Drive >
Accounts > Add New Account
2. Empty Window shown and no reaction like continue in Browser
OBSERVED RESULT
on add new account attempt nothing is happening
EXPECTED RESULT
any kind of add account function
