I can also move the window over to the right primary screen and the newly remembered size gets restored there. Changes to size are not taken into account, though. So for example I move Konsole to the left screen, resize to 900x600, close it and it is restored correctly. After moving it to the right screen, size remains 900x600. But changing it will always result in 900x600 after opening it again. Changing size again on the left screen to say 800x550 will be remembered. Moving the window again to the right screen and closing will always restore to 800x550.
