SUMMARY
Telegram desktop doesn't apply any shortcuts
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. download and install telegram desktop
2. try to set shortcut from any setting manager available;
3. type the shortcut.
OBSERVED RESULT
the application doesn't start
EXPECTED RESULT
telegram desktop starts
ps: keyboard layout switcher lists applications without any shortcut assigned
unlike the same applications in global menu.
