In the latest build, the fonts KCM has the drag property turned on and you can
use your finger or the mouse pointer to drag the items even though the items
inside the kcm all fit within the window.
I think the behavior should allow for dragging items only if the window had
items that don't fit the KCM window area.
This also makes it different than other KCMs that are not using the Kirigamy
libraries because those actually allow the window to be repositioned when using
the mouse pointer or touch. The behavior is different for these KCMs.
