SUMMARY
The order of my icons in Latte keep moving. 1) Items don't move to the correct
spot when moved 2) When opening/closing apps, the order changes. A clip of this

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Latte
2. Move Items
OR
2. Open application
OBSERVED RESULT
The order is not as specified OR the order changes on app open/close.
EXPECTED RESULT
The order stays the same
