Given check that have been made with gedit the roblem apear to be some kind of concurrency between kwin-wayland clipboard and gtk-wayland clipboard. gedit and firefox seem to work around that and eclipse, that appears to be NOT TESTED ON RECENT KDE VERSION, don't.
