SUMMARY
when you recieve a notification when the screen is locked it should show on the
lock screen
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open a terminal and type
2. sleep 7; notify-send "lock notification"; sleep 2 ; notify-send "another"
3. lock the screen
OBSERVED RESULT
no notification is shown
EXPECTED RESULT
two notification is shown between two seconds of each other
one lock notifcation and another
