I installed kio-extras-dbgsym, I'm hoping that is the debug package you recommended, following the info provided on the guidelines and howto pages. Could not find the kdelibs5-dbgsym mentioned on the page in the added repositories. If there is a package missing, please let me know how I missed it. I then restarted the computer and 2 crash reports were generated, they are attached.
