Thanks for reporting and forwarding it to me.
This is a known temporal problem until we don't have full functionality in new
applet.
Context menu and flags support are pending:

There is some issue with flags displayed a bit dithering, but overall plan is
to remove old layout widget when we reach feature parity.
Until then, I don't see a good solution for this. So let's reopen later maybe?
