Inconsistency in current 5.20.4
Consistent Titlebar and Notification OSD Header look and behavior
Buttons in the titlebar have a consistent design and behavior on hover and
press actions whilst the "titlebar" header of notification OSD doesn't.
They already have a very similar function and overall design and size, the
whishlist for 5.21 would be to make the notification OSD "titlebar" have the
same button size and behavior upon any action taken as if they were on an
application titlebar.
