SUMMARY
Custom Document will match its default settings to the settings used when
creating a document from Create from Clipboard. This not only includes
Dimension settings but also Content settings like number of layers.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Observe currently set Custom Document settings
2. Create a document using Create from Clipboard using different settings.
OBSERVED RESULT
Defaults of Custom Document inherit the settings used in Step 2.
EXPECTED RESULT
Default settings between the two functions should be separated. Why would I
always want my Custom Document settings to be overridden by the settings of an
image created from my clipboard?
