            Bug ID: 364865
Summary: New task manager & icon-only task manager: some icons
                    disappearing
           Product: plasmashell
           Version: 5.6.95
          Platform: openSUSE RPMs
                OS: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: Icons-only Task Manager
          Assignee: h...@kde.org
          Reporter: fl...@mailoo.org
                CC: plasma-b...@kde.org

On Plasma 5.6.95, using the icon-only task manager, some icons (e.g. Firefox)
are disappearing during the time of application loading, even so they are to be
shown when the application is not started.

I gather this is linked to the task manager engine being rewritten?

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Use Plasma 5.6.95 with the Icon-only task manager
2. Have e.g. Firefox as "show when not started"
3. Click on Firefox icon

Actual Results:
The blue circle standing for "loading" is circling above Firefox, then the icon
disappear. When Firefox finally starts, the icon gets back in to the icon-only
task manager.

Expected Results:
The icon should not disappear, ever more so if "show when not started" is
checked, because this disrupts the UI/UX. This was the behaviour in 5.6 before
the task manager was rewritten.
