            Bug ID: 431104

Screenshot of the situation described

SUMMARY
When overlaying an image in video channel, resizing the image always keeps
aspect ratio intact, even if you switch of the 'lock aspect ratio' button in
the transition properties. In the preview window you see a bounding box in red,
which correctly reflects width and height, but the actual image in the bounding
box always maintains it's aspect ratio.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Put an image in V1 channel and an image in V2 channel
2. Drop 'Transform' transition on the image in V2 channel
3. Go to transition properties and switch off 'lock aspect ratio'
4. add a value in W or H propertie that breaks aspect ratio (or resize the red
bouding box in preview window)

OBSERVED RESULT
in preview window red bounding box is scaling according to the parameters in W
and H box. The image will resize within the boundaries of the bounding box, but
it maitains it's aspect ratio.

EXPECTED RESULT
Imho the image should resize according to the W and H parameters.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Windows: 10, 2020H1
macOS:
Linux/KDE Plasma:
(available in About System)
KDE Plasma Version:
KDE Frameworks Version:
Qt Version:

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I've added a screenshot of the situation. The image on top is a grey image with
4:3 aspect ratio. In the preview screen you see that the grey image maintains
it's aspect ratio, but it should be scaled to the size of the red box.
