Summary: When opening my keyboard shortcuts page I am unable to
save them because the page goes past my taskbar and I
am unable to scroll down to press okay and save the
shortcuts.

The bottom of the screenshot is my taskbar, and what's being shown is the
keyboard shortcuts that you can set. I cannot save them or press okay/cancel at
the bottom as you can see.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I tried to make the page smaller to be able to see the okay button but then it
moves out of frame and I have to restart my computer because I can't click out
unless I exit out of the keyboard shortcuts page, but I can't see that page
because it's not on my screen anymore.
