Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.create a new file
2.Create a new frame and draw
3.Move to the next frame, create a new frame and draw
4. Turn on the onion skin(light bulb is on)
5. I only see the current drawing
Actual Results:
Nothing happens
Expected Results:
I should see the previous or next frame slightly transparent
