Each time a notification appears in systray (from receiving a mail in KMail or
other application that generates one), in system journal we can see:

1. Receive a notification like new mail from KMail
2. See system log

OBSERVED RESULT
Notification displayed with warning logged in system log, subtle delay to
display the notification as it creates a journal entry.
EXPECTED RESULT
Notification displayed without delay and no warning.
