1. Put something in wastebin
2. Right click empty wastebin
3.
OBSERVED RESULT
Wastebin icon stays full
EXPECTED RESULT
Wastebin icon changes to an empty icon

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
You have to open the wastebin from places and refresh the contents to empty and
only then the icon changes to empty
