SUMMARY
The title bar doesn't adapt when the screen is scaled in the Wayland session.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Login to the Plasma Wayland session and go to the Display Settings within
System Settings.
2. On the Display Configuration screen, lower the scale below 100%.
3. Click Apply when finished.
OBSERVED RESULT
The font size and icon size on the title bar don't scale down like the rest of
the icons and fonts within KDE. This persists when logging out and logging back
in.
EXPECTED RESULT
The title bar icons and fonts scale down with the rest of
