--- Comment #3 from Razathorn <r...@chewies.net> --- So, I have since moved on to Manjaro which is on a much more recent version of kde plasma and dolphin starts instantly, so whatever caused this has obviously been resolved or is specific to something ubuntu 20.10 was doing.
