SUMMARY
While using Plasma desktop, I cannot left or right click on any of the Kickoff
panel. Whether it be the menu, a tray icon, etc.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Start Plasma wayland session
2. Try to click on Kickoff/task manager/system tray panels
OBSERVED RESULT
Nothing but tool tips appear
EXPECTED RESULT
One of the menus (right or left click) are produced
SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux/KDE Plasma: 5.20.4

Qt Version: 5.15.2
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I also moved the .kde4 directory in an attempt to get a clean one with no
effect.

Kernel: Affected on 5.8 and 5.9 (current)
Plasma: 5.19 and 5.20 with same results.

Frameworks: 5.77.0
