SUMMARY
The PS backend has been separated as Okular-spectre package on Linux, but this
is not included in the Windows build, so that the Windows build can't open EPS
or PS files correctly when dragging in these files.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install latest version of Okular on MS Windows
2. Open Okular
3. Drag an EPS file into Okular
