SUMMARY
When using the new 'automatic scene split' function via Clip Jobs, the scene
split will process the clip but never makes a cut in the last 15% of the clip
if 'cut scenes' is selected.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Add clip to project
2. Clip Jobs - Automatic Scene Split - enable 'Cut scenes', other values
unchanged
3. Clip will show cuts up to about 85% through the clip, after that it won't
have any additional cuts.
OBSERVED RESULT
When expanded, clip will show cuts up to 85% through, after that there will be
no additional cuts and the rest has to be hand-cut.
