I can replicate the issue I reported on bug 390766 with different hardware.
This time the segmentation error does not appear but taskbar on secondary
screen does not show any apps.
My setup now only 1 external monitor and a laptop connected with HDMI.
External monitor is the main screen and have a “normal” taskbar.
Laptop screen have a vertical icon only taskbar.
If I disconnect the HDMI cable, the apps go back to laptop screen, taskbar
becomes a normal (not icon only) taskbar but the apps but not appear in the
taskbar.
