SUMMARY
Not all global settings are saved to Umbrello's resource file
($HOME/.config/umbrellorc)
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Start Umbrello.
2. In the top menubar select Settings -> Configure Umbrello...
3. In the Startup group, at Default Language select a different language.
4. Exit and restart Umbrello.
5. Again select Settings -> Configure Umbrello...
OBSERVED RESULT
In the Startup group, the Default Language remains C++.
EXPECTED RESULT
In Settings -> Configure Umbrello, the Default Language should be the
previously changed language.
It may be that the problem also applies to other settings; I haven't checked.
