STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. install plasma integration extension for Opera browser
2. download something with Opera browser
3.
OBSERVED RESULT
As we can see in the attached screenshot, Plasma panel shows the download
progress,
but Plasma notification does not.
EXPECTED RESULT
progress bar of Plasma notification should work during download
