SUMMARY
Using nouveau driver and Display Config with 2 monitors (laptop and external)
Cannot move app window from the laptop display to the external display when
resolutions are the same.
OBSERVED RESULT

However the issue is fixed using the command line `xrandr --output HDMI-1-1
--right-of eDP-1` and remains fixed even after reboot but can revert if you
switch to high res and then back.
