SUMMARY
There appears to be a problem with how KDevelop detects the GDB version which
causes it to incorrectly refuse to run.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Try to run anything in the debugger
OBSERVED RESULT
Shows an error about requiring GDB 7.0 or higher.
EXPECTED RESULT
Debugging works.

KDE Frameworks Version: 5.75.0
Qt Version: 5.15.1
