All my consoles are gone, and I have never have > anything but "Restore manually saved session". BTW, this is not a konsole problem. I use 5 rxvt's. My rxvt's are not shown (yet present in the session file), but when I open rxvt's with my shortcut, one by one appear again with placement and sizes as they should.
