SUMMARY
Kdenlive 17 can change aspect ratio from e.g. 16x9 to 4x3 using the option in
Render. Kdenlive 20 can't. Is this permanent? The Transform effect works still.
I suppose I can always do this with Handbrake...
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. load clip 1920x1080
2. go to Render and select more options
3. chane aspect to 1440x1080 and render.
OBSERVED RESULT
Not 1440x1080 in appearance.
EXPECTED RESULT
video 1440x1080
