SUMMARY
When every panel is set to autohide, the _NET_WORKAREA hint is not set in the
root window.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Set every panel to autohide
2. Log out and log in
3. The following command does not show the hint: xprop -root | grep
_NET_WORKAREA
OBSERVED RESULT
_NET_WORKAREA is not set
EXPECTED RESULT
_NET_WORKAREA should be set to the size of the root window
