I can confirm this issue with the latest version (16.04.2).
The migrator copies the bookmarks to ~/.local/share/krdcbookmarks.xml, but krdc
expects them in ~/.local/share/krdc/bookmarks.xml.
So apparently there's a '/' missing somewhere...
