My work to fix Bug 415150 has almost certainly caused this.
Unfortunately I'm not sure how to fix it as the screen positioning stuff is
something I don't understand well, and non-primary left screens on X11 (the
only platform affected) are already known to cause some existing issues. Also I
don't have a working multi-screen setup on X11 due to my external screens not
matching the resolution my laptop's internal screen and mixed DPI setups on X11
being unusably broken--even more so if I try to position the screen on the
left. It's so broken that it kind of feels like a lost cause to try to fix it.

Needless to say, assistance would be highly appreciated.
