I can't seem to change the language in lokalize for windows in the Help menu,
as is the case in Linux with GNOME.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. go to https://userbase.kde.org/Lokalize#Lokalize_under_Windows_and_OS_X and
download... hmm the link dont seem to work.
2. start lokalize in windows
3. try to change the language of lokalize.
Actual Results:
Can't find option to change language.
Expected Results:
I would like to change the language of lokalize. Like in Linux with GNOME i can
do it in the Help menu.
