Evince and qpdfview do not show the page either. pdfimages from poppler 20.12
reports:
Syntax Error (20660): 312 extraneous bytes after segment
Syntax Error (20660): First JBIG2 segment associated with a page must be a page
information segment
Syntax Error (49226): Invalid segment reference in JBIG2 text region
Syntax Error (49226): 11517 extraneous bytes after segment
pdf2ps -> ps2pdf gives the result that can be shown in Okular.
So this must be the poppler problem. I'd recommend reporting this bug against
poppler:
