OBSERVED RESULT
See attached screenshot: weird color for Panels in Plasma Workspace.
Also, Kickoff (menu) has weird behaviour: when mouse hovers item, submenu is
not displayed but the first that is hovered get displayed on all other items.
EXPECTED RESULT
Same color and behaviour as in X11 session.
