            Bug ID: 364656
Summary: Adding 'Insert Unicode control character' to the
context menu of the main edit box
           Product: frameworks-ktexteditor
           Version: 5.23.0
          Platform: Archlinux Packages
               URL: http://i.imgur.com/zw0sM0E.png
                OS: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: wishlist
          Priority: NOR
         Component: general
          Assignee: kwrite-bugs-n...@kde.org
          Reporter: safa1996alful...@gmail.com

The 'Insert Unicode control character' menu would be really helpful for
RTL-language users. It helps organizing mixed RTL and LTR text by adding
controlling characters to specify direction of text and stuff.
This menu should come with Qt, but I think that the edit box (main edit box)
doesn't use Qt's lineedit context menu.
And for Qt, there is a bug where this menu isn't available in Qt5 because of
removal of "Qt tools". (https://bugreports.qt.io/browse/QTBUG-50792)

Reproducible: Always
