SUMMARY
Recently, a few months ago, there was a change to improve the placement of
notification windows on ultra-wide monitors.

With the proposed change, notifications stay close to the ring bell system tray
icon if the screen has some certain aspect ratio.

However, after re-building plasma from sources today, I've noticed that
notification windows are placed on my screen, which has an aspect ratio of
16:9, as if it's an ultra-wide monitor, see the attached screenshot.

The problem with doing so, is that notification windows obscure whatever
windows are in the middle of the screen.
