As of your other suggestions: - I have to apologize, as I forgot to mention that I already tried setting up a separate profile for Krita in the wacom utility. A tried it again to be sure, unfortunately, no changes. - A tried to change from Wintab to WindowsInk, and turn on or off the corresponding setting in the wacom driver utility. Made no changes unfortunately. Unfortunately, as 4.3.0 works, I feel like it could be something in Krita. It's not really "game breaking", as in general I use the two buttons swapped, that's all my different custom settings, but I would be happy if eventually your could address this problem.
