SUMMARY
Trying to render my animation as an MPEG-4, the "Encoding frames" bar does not
move from 0%, then opens a window reading, "Could not render animation: Unknown
error." The last few lines of the log_encode file read:

    Opening an output file: (mp4 output file url).
    [file @ 00000270a6482f40] Setting default whitelist 'file,crypto,data'
    (mp4 output file url): Permission denied
