[systemsettings] [Bug 429279] List has wrong color until clicking on first item of it. Happens when launching from Krunner and Kinfocenter.

Couldn't it be caused by the code used to color the "tools area"? It's been a
while since I last tested Neon unstable but I don't remember seeing this bug
before the tools area patch.
