SUMMARY
The folders area is called 'F&olders' when it should be called 'folders' or if
you insist on having an ampersand in front for some strange reason (like
'&Places') then 'folders,' 'places' (aren't proper nouns, by the way, so
incorrect to capitalize.)
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Dolphin
2. Look for folders
3. Almost can't find folders until you realize it's 'F&olders.'
OBSERVED RESULT
Ampersand is in the middle of capitalized word.
EXPECTED RESULT
No ampersand should be there, or if must be there, should be at beginning of
lowercase word (as well as all other categories (remote, recent, search) not
being proper nouns, so should be lowercase.)
