Almost all applet settings windows use the wrong application icon. They use a
monochrome icon. Please use preferences-other as generic application icon for
settings windows instead.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open any applets' settings window
2. See that it uses a monochrome icon in the window titlebar and task manager
Expected Results:
They should use a colored application icon instead
Seen on neon dev unstable (git branch)
