STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. with your pc surf the web with chrome

OBSERVED RESULT
Since some weeks
for each webpage I display with Chrome I get from my smartphone 2
notifications in kde notification
and one notification in kdeconnect GUI in the systray.
Each notification is just about the title of the webpage.
EXPECTED RESULT
no notification during surfing
