The frozen eclipse main frame and ghost install frame
SUMMARY
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. launch eclipse
2. in the menu window select action install new software
3.
OBSERVED RESULT
The modal window install is recognized by the interface but doesn't appear on
the screen and freeze the interface of the main window
