Case 1 for me results in an error and I'm not sure double quotes should ever be
in filenames.
Case 2 I can't reproduce.
Can you please test and confirm if the case 2 issue is still occurring or if
this bug report can be marked as resolved. I'm setting status to "needsinfo"
pending your response, please change back to "reported" or "resolved" when you
respond, thanks.
